The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's mission to improve oral health for all, with a focus on reducing administrative costs for insurers and enhancing the experience for members and providers. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and managing the insurance sales team to achieve revenue targets. The VP of Sales will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, monitoring sales metrics, and adapting strategies based on market feedback. A hands-on leader is required to guide and mentor the sales team, refine sales processes, and optimize go-to-market strategies. Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years' in sales, with a strong background in selling software solutions directly to U.S. insurers, and at least 5 years' in sales leadership roles. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in opening new accounts, a passion for communicating complex software and emerging technologies, and the ability to lead successful product launches.
