The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise Risk Technology team in the delivery of program management aspects for the Enterprise Risk Management book of work. This includes overseeing the day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs, identifying and mitigating risks that impact program delivery, and ensuring effective communication of status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders. The role also involves leading the resolution of issues, engaging with stakeholders in scope definition activities, and escalating program risks when necessary. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the risk and controls domain, with a strong focus on critical thinking, problem-solving, and a commitment to quality. A working understanding of enterprise risk management is essential, as is the ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and influence stakeholders. The role requires a leader who is an advocate of inclusion and diversity, an excellent communicator, and who is creative, innovative, and risk and controls focused. The candidate should be able to grasp key priorities and complex issues quickly and be adept at creating clear written presentations and communications.
