The successful candidate will be a key driver of customer excellence, with a focus on operational efficiency and the delivery of superior value. This role is instrumental in leading continuous improvement projects, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring that operational processes align with the company's goals. The Vice President will be responsible for providing leadership in operations planning and analytics, leveraging data science for growth insights, and monitoring operational data to meet customer expectations. Additionally, the role involves the development and implementation of quality and performance measures, process improvement initiatives, and the standardization of work across all functions. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a relevant field, with a minimum of 15 years' operations experience, including at least 3 years in a second-level leadership role. A minimum of 5 years in a similar role and level is required, and a Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a multi-disciplinary team, experience as an engineering or continuous improvement leader, and a strategic, data-driven, and metrics-focused approach. Personal attributes should include excellent leadership, team management, communication, and strategic planning skills, as well as being a critical thinker, and a trusted advisor with a strong industry and product knowledge.
