The successful candidate will be responsible for the full strategy and execution of inbound, outbound, e-commerce, and retention sales channels. This leadership role demands a transformation-oriented individual with a strong sense of urgency, perseverance, and open-mindedness to drive change and ensure the operations meet gross adds and ROI targets. The VP will be tasked with establishing a best-in-class customer and employee experience, assessing and building the channel's business case and strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize and expand product offerings. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years experience in sales contact center or virtual sales channel leadership within the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of delivering against business plans and targets. The role requires a leader with a robust understanding of business and consumer behavior, P&L leadership experience, and a strong background in building a winning sales culture. The VP will also be expected to have a strong partnership with BPOs, experience in managing across a diverse and highly distributed footprint, and the ability to influence and lead through transformation and change. A BA is required, with an MA or MBA preferred, and the candidate should be adept at collaborating across technology, operations, and marketing teams to drive growth and deliver on the customer promise.
