This position requires a dynamic and experienced marketing professional who can drive performance marketing growth, enhance brand awareness, and set marketing team priorities. They will lead the team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with FinanceBuzz's business goals. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels including Search, Social Media, email, and traditional media. Establish strategic advertising relationships with relevant distribution partners and publishers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages professional growth and continuous improvement. Set clear performance goals and metrics for the marketing team and ensure accountability. Paid Marketing Performance: Oversee the management and optimization of paid marketing campaigns to drive incremental margin. Utilize Looker to measure and improve campaign performance. Monitor emerging trends in paid marketing to maintain a competitive edge. Optimization: Implement and refine campaign optimization strategies to maximize the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with Yield and Copy teams to optimize user experience and drive performance. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor spending and provide regular financial reports to senior leadership. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or results. Brand Management: Build the FinanceBuzz brand by developing and implementing brand guidelines. Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality marketing content that resonates with target audiences. Ensure brand consistency across marketing channels. QUALIFICATIONS: 8+ years of experience in marketing, with +5 years in leadership roles. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Demonstrated experience in performance marketing and conversion rate optimization. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
