The successful candidate will be part of a Center of Excellence/Shared Service construct and will be responsible for working with managers at all levels to execute strategic priorities. This role involves providing support on core HR activities, helping senior managers engage with HR and specialists, and ensuring the implementation of the people agenda initiatives for a specific business area. The HR Business Advisor will also be involved in day-to-day advice on human capital matters, advising on organizational changes, and supporting the year-end compensation process, performance, and talent management cycles. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' HR experience, with a preference for those with a background in HR business advisory. The role requires a deep knowledge of a full range of people practices in a business setting, project management abilities, and technical proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions, as well as exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical skills to leverage data for HR strategies. Experience in a global matrix organization and the ability to partner across HR and the business are essential.
