The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IT Asset Management practice, ensuring governance and compliance with regulatory, operational, and audit requirements. This role involves working closely with internal technology teams to identify risks, design process improvements, and support the end-to-end asset lifecycle. The VP will also be involved in business process workshops, managing data quality, and contributing to the maturity of IT asset management processes. Applicants must have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT asset and business process management, particularly within large global financial organizations. The role requires a strong background in HAM and SAM governance, as well as experience in supporting the delivery of IT asset and configuration management programs. Technical capabilities should include knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB, and discovery tools, with experience in software licensing and procurement best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent analytical and data-handling skills, and a general understanding of regulatory requirements such as FFIEC and NIST. A BS or BA in a related field is a plus, and relevant certifications in asset management and security are highly valued.
