The successful candidate will be a critical member of the cybersecurity leadership team, responsible for setting and ensuring the effective operation of the organization's security and risk management strategies. Key responsibilities include managing the governance program, compliance and policy management, and leading cyber security assurance for risk evaluation and remediation. The role also involves interacting with various key stakeholders, driving relationship management, and promoting a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership position across cybersecurity disciplines, with a focus on security assurance, engineering, governance, risk, compliance, and business-facing assessment. The role requires a deep understanding of the cyber threat landscape and previous experience in large, complex global computing environments. Desired characteristics include experience in the media, entertainment, or advanced technology industries, and a strong background in communication, leadership, and problem-solving. The VP will be expected to influence the Cyber Security organization, manage and develop staff, and maintain a high standard of effectiveness and inclusion within the team. A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is required, with a Master's degree being a plus.
