The successful candidate will be tasked with optimizing the company's capital structure, ensuring adequate liquidity for business operations, and driving initiatives in financial risk management and capital markets transactions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate finance and treasury leadership, particularly in high-growth, innovative sectors. Key responsibilities include capital structure management, cash management, banking relationship management, risk management, and leading capital market activities. The VP, Corporate Treasury will also be involved in strategic financial planning, debt compliance, and will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to align financial strategies with the company's operational goals and long-term vision. Applicants for the VP, Corporate Treasury position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex banking relationships, financial instruments, and be well-versed in financial modeling, forecasting, and liquidity planning. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams are essential.
