This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving client engagement, portfolio strategy, and sales and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the portfolio's strategic and operating plans, leading a team to meet and exceed client satisfaction and financial performance objectives, and ensuring the portfolio's alignment with the company's overall strategy. The role involves close collaboration with technical service delivery lines and business development to deliver client-centered, innovative solutions. The Vice President will also be a trusted advisor to key clients in federal and state government agencies, with a focus on creating and executing the environment and natural resources strategy to retain and expand client relationships. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in client relationship management, technical professional services delivery, and project management, particularly in the context of government contracting. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational and financial goals, as well as a history of building and maintaining successful relationships, is essential. The role requires deep familiarity with the US federal government business landscape and outstanding domain knowledge in areas such as research, monitoring, and evaluation, technical assistance and implementation, digital and data services, or equity. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business development and operations leadership capabilities, and be adept at professional and career development. A Bachelor's degree with 15 years' experience, a Master's with 12 years, or a PhD with 10 years' relevant experience is required.
