The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with business objectives, managing all event logistics from conception to execution, and ensuring that event materials and activities are in line with the brand's voice and marketing messages. This role requires a data-driven approach to measuring event success, managing a large event budget, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support the company's presence at various events. Applicants for the Director of Events Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, at least 7 years' of experience in events marketing, and a proven track record in managing B2B events. The role demands exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be adept at event lead scoring, tracking and analyzing event ROI, and providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies. Experience in managing a large events budget and working with procurement to facilitate necessary costs and contracts is essential.
