The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, driving new customer revenue, and optimizing existing customer growth. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in the retail and CPG industries, particularly in DTC, and a deep understanding of the intentionality of the product in the category. The VP, Growth will be tasked with establishing clear KPIs, identifying market opportunities, and leading a high-performing team to ensure the best-in-class digital consumer experience. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to foster a culture of continuous experimentation and optimization. Candidates for the VP, Growth position at the company should have at least 15 years' experience in the retail and CPG industries, with a minimum of 10 years in team leadership. The role requires a people-focused leader adept at talent development and with a strong background in CRM systems, marketing automation, and data analytics tools.
