This role is pivotal in the 1st Line of Defense, focusing on the monitoring and assessment of business practices, security, and technology to ensure resilience and business continuity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing cyber resilience projects from initiation to completion, utilizing project management methodologies and organizational tools to establish and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaboration with stakeholders across various departments is essential, as is the ability to facilitate communication and coordination with both internal and external parties to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in cybersecurity or technology management, with a proven track record in project management, particularly within the financial services industry. A strong command of technology and cybersecurity principles, as well as knowledge of industry best practices, is required. The role demands exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with project management tools and relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CISM are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and be adept at problem-solving with a meticulous attention to detail.
