The successful candidate will be responsible for driving ticket sales through strategic planning, developing performance incentives, and overseeing customer experience initiatives. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in sales and service management, who is adept at building and managing high-performing teams. The VP will work closely with the Talent Attraction team to recruit, train, and supervise sales and service teams, ensuring they are motivated to optimize performance and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Applicants for the Vice President, Sales & Service position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of management experience leading high-volume sales teams. The role demands a resourceful and innovative individual with expertise in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will be a proven team leader, comfortable with public speaking, and capable of creating and managing a positive and dynamic sales and service culture.
