The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, impact measurement, innovation, and change management. This role involves collaborating with the executive team to define and execute long-term strategic goals, leading teams in strategic planning, and enhancing impact measurements. The Senior Vice President will also be at the forefront of fostering a culture of innovation, driving the integration of strategic goals into annual planning, and acting as a key spokesperson for the organization's strategy and impact. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position should have a proven track record in setting and achieving ambitious goals, with a strong ability to build and oversee teams in a distributed organization. The role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple workstreams. A background in strategic business planning, with a focus on balancing innovation and fiscal prudence, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a values-driven, natural leader, and advocate for equity, belonging, inclusion, and diversity, and will be deeply committed to the mission of the organization. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a preference for a focus on management, strategy, and/or leadership, is also required.
