The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing of all titles, registrations, and violations of all titled vehicles for the company's transactions. This role requires expertise in managing the follow-up process of all insurance expirations and deficiencies, as well as a deep knowledge of regulations to ensure compliance. The VP will also be involved in continuous process improvements, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing support to the operations team. The role demands a professional with a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing best-in-class customer service. Applicants for the Operations VP position should have 7-10 years of specialized experience, with at least 5 years in a leasing company environment or as a title registration clerk at a truck dealership. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing title and insurance information, reconciling inventory, and working with various state DMVs. A key aspect of the role is the ability to collaborate with different departments to resolve issues related to traffic violations, sales, and property tax.
