The VP will also be involved in continuous process improvements, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing support to the operations team. The role demands a professional with a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing best-in-class customer service. Applicants for the Operations VP position should have 7-10 years of specialized experience, with at least 5 years in a leasing company environment or as a title registration clerk at a truck dealership. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing title and insurance information, reconciling inventory, and working with various state DMVs. A key aspect of the role is the ability to collaborate with different departments to resolve issues related to traffic violations, sales, and property tax.
