The successful candidate will be a key player in the transformation of the finance and planning function, with a focus on the kids' division. This role is pivotal in supporting the consolidation of sales and margin plans, providing in-depth variance analysis, and developing profitability analyses. The VP will also be responsible for monthly variance analysis, identifying business risks and opportunities, and developing financial models to support international operations. A significant part of the role involves owning and streamlining reporting, as well as collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives to achieve financial targets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 15 years' of experience in leading finance and planning organizations, and a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and change management. Strong analytical and business acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with planning and merchandising applications are essential. The role requires a collaborative leader with superior organizational and communication skills, who can foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the planning team. The VP will also be involved in order book management, inventory planning, and will be expected to develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional partners.
