Performance Test Lead(Onsite) Onsite Location : Sea Tac, WA Qualifications Overall, 10 - 14 years of experience in performance testing and engineering. Strong expertise in performance testing tools like OpenText LoadRunner & Apache JMeter. Knowledge in API, Device Level performance testing & Cloud. Strong expertise in deep-dive performance analysis using Dynatrace/AppDynamics, GC analysis, root cause identification. Knowledge in performance testing, monitoring & analysis of cloud hosted applications [SaaS/PaaS/IaaS]. Knowledge in GitHub, Jenkins, Jira etc. is a plus. Expert in creating performance test strategy for highly scalable hybrid large scale applications. Excellent in effective customer communication, stakeholder management, presentation, interpersonal and team leading skills. Roles & Responsibilities Manage all phases of Performance testing and Performance Tuning Strong analytical skills and engineering skills required. Should be an expert non-functional Manager capable of leading E2E performance testing projects for large scale distributed systems. Work Authorization Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 11/15/24 The annual salary for this position is between $ 83,250/- to $ 132,000/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
