Maintenance Supervisor

Remedy Staffing is hiring for a Direct Hire Maintenance Supervisor for our client in the Pleasant Hill, IA area! Starting Pay: $35.00/ Hour + DOE Hours: 6:00/7:00am - 2:30/3:30pm (Monday-Friday) *On call every 5th weekend and 1 holiday per year Duties: Task the maintenance team with responsibilities Schedule maintenance staff Work with contractors on facility/equipment repairs, as well as ordering supplies Update maintenance programs as needed Operate the building automation system Conduct reviews on LO/TO programs Make sure facility follows compliance Assist facilities manager Conduct staff performance reviews Requirements: Minimum of 10 years industrial mechanic experience Minimum of 3 years in supervisory experience 1st class stationary engineer license Universal refrigeration license Apply now for immediate consideration for this Maintenance Supervisor job!
