You will act as an internal consultant, leveraging advanced analytics and research to drive improvements in the Hiring, Training, and Retaining of Lennar's Associates. This role will begin with a focus on Talent Acquisition (TA) and will then expand to focus on additional Centers of Excellence over time. This role will collaborate with HR and leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights that enhance decision-making.Your Responsibilities on the Team Serve as a key advisor to COEs, providing data-driven recommendations and insights to improve recruitment and selection processes.Partner with COEs and HR leadership to design and implement metrics and analytics projects that align with business priorities.Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations.Translate complex analytical findings into simple, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders across HR.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between analytics projects and COE strategies.Use industry trends and academic research to inform COE practices and recommend improvements.Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the HR function by educating and advising leaders on self-service reporting tools.Act as a liaison between the COEs and the broader People Analytics function to streamline data processes and ensure data quality.Education:Bachelor's degree and 5 years' relevant experience in People Analytics (or related field), ORMaster's degree and 3 years' relevant experience, OR PhD in a field emphasizing organizational science and quantitative analysis (e.g., organizational psychology or behavior, economics, statistics, public policy).Experience:Relevant work experience in a field emphasizing organizational science, quantitative analysis, people analytics, and/or talent analytics.Proven experience translating data insights into actionable business strategies for recruitment analytics and other HR functions.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Advanced skills in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, SPSS, or SAS or similar tools for working with large datasets.Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms, preferably Workday.Knowledge of talent acquisition KPIs, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in collaborating with HR and business leaders.Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.Preferred Qualifications:Master's or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior.Relevant work experience on a people analytics and/or talent analytics team.Experience in employee selection, assessment, or related HR processes.Industry experience in construction or manufacturing.Life at LennarAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
