PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONThe Facilities Maintenance Technician shall be responsible for non-power block facilities maintenance duties to include non-power block electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general facility maintenance. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for general exterior maintenance, mowing and site snow removal.PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma.Pass pre-employment testing.Ability to work different shifts.Ability to receive unescorted Nuclear access.And one of the following: Associate degree in a technical field OR Two years minimum experience as a journeyperson Pipefitter, Boilermaker, Millwright, OR Electrician OR Two years minimum of equivalent journeyperson Pipefitter, Boilermaker, Millwright OR Electrician experience in industrial employment OR Two years minimum related Electrical OR Mechanical military experience
