Procurement Manager - Level 2 US

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join their team. As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will be part of the LOC Procurement team supporting multiple business units and commercial functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and project management experience that aligns with the organization's objectives. Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager Location: Durham, NC (Hybrid: 2-3 days on-site at the Durham or Philadelphia site) Pay Range: Target pay rate is $56/hour What's the Job? Partner with one or more Business Units (BUs) or commercial functions (e.g., Oncology, Specialty, Market Access, Commercial Insights & Operations). Lead or support the development of the procurement strategy for the BU(s). Lead sourcing and negotiation initiatives in line with the strategy. Partner with our matrix global category Procurement team colleagues to ensure optimization of our global buying power with local business needs. Lead large-scale, cross-BU projects. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience leading procurement for a specific supply category Project management experience Experience generating data insights for performance metrics Preferred: MBA, Pharma/Biotech experience, experience with indirect categories, experience managing multiple stakeholders, executive communications experience What's in it for me?
