Previous Service Advisor or Technician experience required. Evergreen Ford Lincoln  is expanding our service team and offerings and seeking to hire Service Advisors  to join our team, providing expert advice to customers on service options and associated costs when their vehicles require repair. Full Family Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Paid Vacation / Sick time Employee Discounts on Products & Services & Vehicle Purchase Plans Opportunity for advancement with our organization     Responsibilities - Service Advisor:   Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work Greet customers and inspect their vehicle Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work Keep customers informed of any changes that occur Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed Provide a completely satisfied customer experience Qualifications - Service Advisor:   Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we will also consider those with Automotive Technician/ Mechanic experience Motivated candidates with previous Service Advisor experience in RV, Powersport, or Marine settings will also be considered The latest service lane technology experience is a plus! General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Customer Communication Skills are expected and rewarded Works well in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and a positive attitude Please upload your resume!
