Organizes and controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely manner Implements and maintains an effective dispatch system Schedules shop work to facilitate maximum productivity in accordance with dealership policy and the technician skill level required Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns. Maintains customer service records in the computer system. Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity Oversees employee training and development Ensures a safe working environment Ensures equipment is properly maintained and repaired     Qualifications/Requirements - Assistant Service Manager / Dispatcher / Assistant: Assistant Service Manager or Service Advisor experience preferred We will also consider Service Technicians, Service Advisors, Assistant Service Managers with 3+ years' experience CJDR dealership experience preferred but not required Knowledge of warranty procedures, work schedules, etc. Must have excellent customer service skills Must have supervisory experience and leadership skills Basic understanding of business management Valid Driver's License with a good driving record Please upload your resume.
