ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager of Market Operations is an important part of the operations leadership team and is responsible for providing analytical support and overseeing market operations. The Senior Manager of Market Operations will help translate strategic vision into operations and build the operational infrastructure to support the market's growth and efficiency over time. This position will be responsible for managing multi-million-dollar P&L (~$5-10M of revenue) with a large staff of team members. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperational Implementation and Improvement: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of daily operations, policies and procedures; identify roadblocks and process gaps; and ensure effective roll out and adherence to workflow changes. Proactively solicit and problem solve issues faced by the clinical and administrative teams Metric Tracking and Reporting:Own and drive reporting on operational performance metrics for the market including regular review of relevant KPIs, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and presentation of resultsTranslate performance metrics into actionable operational recommendations for improvement - partnering and working collaboratively with others to execute on findingsCreate metrics that can be used in partnership with market leadership to provide data-driven mentoring / feedback to clinical and administrative staffMarket Performance/Leadership:Lead large set of team members based on size of market across a very dynamic marketCollaborate with the local and shared services colleagues and leadership to plan and execute initiatives to continuously improve the clinical delivery model as well as provider calendar and schedule managementAdministrative Oversight: Lead a team responsible for the administrative functioning of a market, including but not limited to:Preparation for Executive visitsCoordination with relevant vendors necessary for office operationsAdministration of PTO and payroll systems, and on-call schedule QualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in business or related field5+ years of administrative management experience in health care, preferably in a managed care/value-based care settingExperience managing multi-million-dollar P&L (~$5-10M of revenue)Familiarity with valued-based arrangements, including shared savings and riskExperience managing a team and driving collaboration across teamsAnalytic, decisive with the ability to prioritize and communicate objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goalsPreferred Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceHealthcare focus strongly preferred Pay Transparency Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
