SUMMARY: Oversee the mold processing operations within our production facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mold processing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.Process molds to meet precise print requirements, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot issues and find effective resolutions.Communicate production needs clearly to a team of operators, fostering a productive work environment.Manage shift transitions by providing detailed production updates and reports to ensure seamless workflow.Operate the mold press according to established work instructions and routing steps, maintaining safety and quality standards.Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities in alignment with due dates and overall production goals.Identify and communicate challenges in the production process, proposing potential solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Requires knowledge typically acquired through:Completion of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED),Three to five years related experience or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience in mold processing or a related field.Strong understanding of mold press operations and production workflows.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.Familiarity with production scheduling and planning processes is a plus.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
