Job Title: Senior CPG Consultant About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CPG Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer-packaged goods industry and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. This role involves working on client projects to deliver tailored solutions and drive business success. Key Responsibilities:Work on client projects as a lead consultant to deliver customized solutions and achieve project goals.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success for programs/projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and ISV relationships.Drive thought leadership by contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and developing innovative solutions across Planning, Execution, Optimization, Post promotion analyticsBuild and manage a pipeline of potential clients and projects to ensure continuous business growth.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the CPG sector. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in the CPG industry.In-depth knowledge of CPG processes such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), manufacturing, distribution, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and Revenue Growth Management (RGM).Hands-on experience with industry-leading TPM/TPO tools like SAP TPM, Salesforce CAS, Xtel, Telus Exceedra, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Application will be accepted till Sept 5th, 2024 Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is depending between $132,000- $155,000 on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
