Parkview Health·IS Virtual Health Fort Wayne,IN Professional/Business Support Work Location:Parkview Business and Technology Center; remote option Benefit Eligible:Full Time Benefit Eligible Hours/Week:40 Req #176464 Days,Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Weekends?No Summary: This position is for a Digital Health analyst that will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience for our consumers utilizing the MyChart platform and a variety of digital health tools. Position will interact directly with users to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide operational support on platform features. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to users by answering questions and resolving issues related to MyChart and a variety of digital health tools. Analyze consumer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the support process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience. Education: Minimum requirement of an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics or related field. Licensure/Certification: Epic certification, accredited or proficiency status at time of hire or must obtain within 6 months after hire. Status must remain up-to-date. Experience: Minimum requirement of 2 years experience, 4 years preferred in information technology, healthcare or related field. Familiarity with information technology service management (ITSM) principals preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and workflows preferred. Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Epic and/or third party knowledge is a plus. Possesses the ability to address process requirements. Demonstrates good customer relations skills. Must be a team player. Skilled at problem solving, strong organization skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to minimally understand complex issues. Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with technical team, as well as leaders and end users.
