Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and importing airline customer orders into our database system in a timely manner, ensuring that production and packing reports are provided to our operations department. You will also play a crucial role in manually adding flights and meal service codes, auditing and delivering flight meal reports, and adhering to Airlines' Customer Policy and Procedures. How You'll Make a Difference Manually add flights and meal service codes to CBase Audit, print, sort, and deliver flight meal reports/diagrams to in-house stations Adhere to Airlines' Customer Policies and Procedures Process required reports per request Complete the Task Shift Checklist promptly Communicate up-to-date flight and meal information via email, phone, or two-way radio to required departments Communicate professionally with customers, employees, and management via available means Submit service tickets for issues or concerns within CBASE or the airline system What We Look For in a Candidate Proficient in using communication tools (email, phone, two-way radio).
