FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANOverview:Field Service Technicians are responsible for delivering high-quality service to Pattons' customers, focusing on safety, quality, integrity, and collaboration. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining compressed air equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site.Perform preventative maintenance inspections on compressed air equipment.Advise customers on equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs.Document work performed and submit reports timely.Coordinate with Parts and Sales Departments to facilitate customer service.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.Minimum of 4 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.Strong time management and task prioritization skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Keen attention to detail.Why Join Patton's Inc. ?Since 1945, Patton's has been a leader in providing efficient, reliable, and technologically advanced compressed air systems to various industries in the Southeast.
