As an International Operations Analyst bilingual in Spanish, review data and trends to recommend improvements and support our business in Mexico!Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesReview operational data to craft informed written recommendations for improving Uline's business operations in Mexico.Create and manage daily, weekly, monthly and annual analysis reports monitoring international operations and maintain them in a database.Advocate for our international branches within corporate discussions and initiatives.Collaborate with international teams on data analysis trends, best practices and opportunities.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree.2+ years of prior database analytics experience with advanced data mining and extraction skills.Bilingual (English / Spanish) and good understanding of Mexican culture and communication.Proficient in SQL, Access and Excel.
