About the role We seek a highly skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to join our team. . The role involves developing and customizing Salesforce Health cloud solutions to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration, and enhancing user experience. Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Hands-on prior experience working as an architect in a Salesforce implementation project As a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect, play a technical leadership role on a Healthcare & Life Sciences Salesforce project. The architect works with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to implement, integrate, and maintain Salesforce solutions. In addition to coding and development activities, the Architect is also responsible for Salesforce integration and implementation, including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing. The Architect leads the effort to document technical requirements, architect, design, build, and integrate the Salesforce solution. As a project team leader, the Architect will split their time between Salesforce development and coordinating · the development team's efforts. Guide and mentor developers and always communicate closely with the rest of the project team and practice leadership, including keeping stakeholders informed of technical progress and risks Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and/or customizations, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development. Lead contact center implementation on Health Cloud using Service cloud capabilities, omnichannel experience, and CTI integration. Designs solutions and leads teams developing, testing, and supporting custom Salesforce solutions using Advanced Flows, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Web Services, Metadata API, etc., as appropriate, using code authoring tools such as VSCode to satisfy the application's business requirements. Build solutions on Health Cloud using Einstein Recommendations & Next Best Actions. Identify ways to apply out-of-the-box Health Cloud capabilities to improve business processes and efficiency and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace Define, communicate, and lead a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code Good to have skills :A minimum of 15+ years of experience is required Salesforce Health Cloud experience is a MUST Added Advantage: Salesforce Health Cloud Certification Why Cognizant Salesforce Cognizant is one of the top 2 GSIs and is a trusted leader in designing, implementing, and driving transformational experiences using Salesforce solutions. The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 and $185,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
