Smart Spaces Program Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Smart Spaces Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NIAGARA4 AWS and BMS along with a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within our organization. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable and efficient architectures using NIAGARA4 AWS and BMS technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain architectural documentation including system diagrams data flow diagrams and technical specifications. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Oversee the integration of various systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all architectural designs. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders including developers project managers and business analysts. Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions. Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans to support long-term business goals. Mentor and coach junior team members fostering a culture of learning and growth. Qualifications Possess a strong background in NIAGARA4 AWS and BMS technologies. Demonstrate expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Showcase strong communication and collaboration abilities. Hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Have experience with hybrid work models and the ability to work both remotely and on-site. Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends. Show proficiency in creating and maintaining architectural documentation. Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
