What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to optimize production schedules. Train and mentor production staff to enhance performance. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Work a rotating shift schedule What Are We Looking For Strong leadership and team management skills. Previous Cement or Heavy Industry experience Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
