You'll get to: Assign work, instruct, train and direct employees to maintain an efficient flow of work in the department to meet established production schedulesPeriodically spot check product to insure that set-up produces quality workAssist Setter-Operators with problems encountered with setupsSet up equipment from blueprints or instructions from supervisor, involving complex changes of machinery for operations and performing adjustments to meet close tolerances and finish requirementsMount, balance, dress and shape abrasive wheels as requiredProduce trial pieces and check using standard and precision measuring instruments to assure accuracy of set up or change in wheelsDiagnose machine malfunctions and repair if possibleWho You Are You always strive to do a good job...but wouldn't it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
