As a Human Resources Outsourcing, Manager at RSM you will have a pivotal role providing comprehensive Human Resources consulting services to our clients who are primarily small and mid-sized businesses in diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the HR lifecycle, providing advisory and guidance on best practices and compliance. You will help RSM's clients build and maintain effective HR programs, ensuring they meet their strategic goals and comply with relevant regulations. Responsibilities: Lead current state HR assessment of new client companies, helping to build and organize their HR programs, identifying areas of potential risk. Serve as the main point of contact for employees and clients, leading update meetings, addressing inquiries, and liaising with vendors. Escalate questions and tasks to the Director as needed. Oversee day-to-day HR operations and resources for assigned clients, including transaction processing, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. Provide HR advisory and guidance to clients and management on leading practices and compliance. Design and advise on HR processes and programs such as performance management, orientation, onboarding, training, employee relations, benefits, and engagement. HRIS Implementation Support: Leverage experience with various HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, UKG, Workday, ADP, Paychex, Paylocity) to support implementation and usage. Participate in the development of proposals and business development activities. Develop new market-relevant tools, methodologies, products, and deliverables for the rapidly changing HR environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, HRIS, Management, or related field SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification Minimum 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 in a supervisory role. Experience in a professional services firm, CPA firm, PEO, ASO, or HR Consulting firm Deep knowledge of the HR function and best practices related to processes, technology utilization, and policy creation Experience with multiple HRIS platforms Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to travel up to 25% Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Compensation Range: $103,300 - $207,400 Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
