As a Line Cook, you have the opportunity to be a part of our core restaurant team. Our Line Cooks prepare food, ensure safe operation, and have the opportunity to work under our executive chef and sous chef.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare food according to food handler's guidelinesEnsure safe operation of the kitchen equipment and adhere to safety/security guidelines, report concerns to Executive Chef/Sous chef immediatelyKnowledge of cooking procedures and kitchen equipmentFlexible with job responsibilities and able to multi-taskMust keep a clean, stocked, and tidy workspaceMust label and date all food and rotate as neededOther responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef and/or Sous ChefJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume dining environmentExcellent verbal communication and problem-solving skillsAble to work in a fast-paced team settingMust be able to stand, lift, walk, and carry, with easeMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 poundsWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
