RESPONSIBILITIES:  Infusion RNs assess, plan, evaluate and implement a patient plan of care according to the individual needs of the patient as prescribed by physicians. Infusion RNs job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   Administer infusions via peripherally inserted central catheters such as chemotherapy, hydration, blood and blood components, other drugs, and solutions   Monitor patients and record any change of condition, notifying physician and/or supervisor when necessary   Infusion RN educate patients on the procedure and aftercare  Hours Worked per Week: 40
