FULL TIME-DAYSJob SummaryCollaborates with members of an interdisciplinary team to assist patients and families with complex psychosocial needs. Corewell School Based Health Clinics and Expanding, Enhancing Emotional Health Programs are located on school grounds. Corewell Health Teen Health Center-Taylor is a school linked program which is free-standing. Staff members work closely with school administration to provide interventions to students during the school day.
