Please apply if you want to join a growing team!How will you make an impact?Work to improve systems and train on quality tools for indirect employees within the Quality and Engineering functions. Work to prevent / mitigate potential risks proactively and lead corrective / preventive actions when issues occur.What will you do?Administer JIRA system between Jabil and customer. Goal is to obtain maximum score from the customer for each Quarterly Business ReviewTrain all new Quality Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers Jabil systems and processesCreate LPA level 2 and 3 schedules and report to management on health of the systemOversee and report on the effectiveness of production QRQC processReview and assess CRR reports and damage reports from customerLead root cause, corrective actions, and preventive actions for large systemic internal or customer related issues.Conduct yearly Quality Baseline assessment and lead efforts to improve score to management defined targets each year.Capture and communicate best practices and lessons learned within CVG facilities and overall within Jabil.Ensure metrics for CAPA's and Jira's for timeliness are met.Review current Quality systems and work with local IT or global quality team to improveDevelop plans to automate or remove manual inspection without negatively impacting quality performanceInterface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer.Support weekly customer quality meetingAsist in developing Monthly Operations Review and Quality Business Review presentationsAdhere to all safety, health, and security policies and procedures.Conduct continuous improvement projects using lean and Six Sigma methodologiesHow will you get here?Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of Quality Engineer / Program Management experience in related industry or field.
