This position will work closely with the areas to develop and maintain a task list and partner with the various departments to ensure that training is utilized to help the business achieve its vision.How You Will Do ItDesign, develop, implement, and maintain training materials used for training programs (this will include but is not limited to: written procedures; video procedures; troubleshooting guidelines; safety training, etc.)Execute training in various environments to ensure manufacturing staff is trained and qualified as requiredAssist in developing and maintaining an effective training programMaintain training documentation and qualification guides for employees from various departmentsConduct training needs, job, and task analyses as well as performance analyses when requiredConduct training program reviews, research, and assessment as requested by supervisionPrioritize work and support others to ensure deadlines and predetermined schedules are metUtilize vendors, contractors, and other employees to make decisions and when necessaryBe a self-starter and hold self-accountable for commitments and resultsDevelop and maintain new hire training guidelines and evaluation schedulesWork with the hourly employees to ensure that all employee's training needs are being met and coordinate any required trainingFollow up on any Learning & Development related issues. What we look forExperience in building learning materials to support customer performanceKnowledge of operating procedure construction and executionWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience in implementing a task-based training programExperience in implementing ADDIE and (SAT) systematic approach to trainingExperience in reading technical drawings/schematics. Skillset will be utilized to help perform analyses and develop training materialsExperience in training program documentation and records management.Experience in Articulate, Rise 360, or video editing softwareExperience creating/maintaining training programs within a manufacturing environmentExperience speaking in front of large groups of peopleBilingual abilities (Spanish / Vietnamese / Swahili) and English#LI-Onsite
