Responsibilities may include but not limited to, coordinating jurisdictional permits, researching and facilitating the closing of installation projects, safety coordination, payroll entry, fleet management, order office supplies, support inspection process and provide additional administration support, as assigned.How you will do itPerform data entry and coordination with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.Exhibit the ability to work independently.Demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills allowing for effective and professional communication with both internal and external clients.Prioritize work activities based upon immediate and long-term business goals of the organization.Positively represent Johnson Controls while communicating with others at varying levels of responsibility.QualificationsWhat we look for:Required:Education: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.- Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude.- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal with our customers and internal departments- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy- Good research skills and attention to detail.- Hands on administrative support experience.- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.Preferred:-Oracle experienceHourly Rate per hour $ 27.06-$31.25
