ResponsibilitiesThe Practice Manager is responsible for managing the operations of one HarmonyCares Medical Group market. The Practice Manager is responsible for supporting financial, clinical and productivity targets within their market by exceeding site targets. The Practice Manager is a strong and supportive people leader who creates a productive and engaging market environment for all team members, while prioritizing a positive and customer experience and exceptional patient outcomes. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide intra-day monitoring of service levels and other KPIsBuilding community networks and relationships to assist with execution across key value levers. e.g., hospital, SNF, PCP collaboration and partnershipsProvide a point of escalation to address patient concerns, patient complaints, and customer issues, both internally and externallyTrack inventory and ordering for necessary office and medical suppliesSupport new team members through onboarding and training processesIdentify areas of quality and execution gaps for all team members and ensure appropriate remediation through coaching and feedbackMonitor and evaluate individuals' and team performance against defined productivity and clinical targetsIdentify improvement opportunities for individuals and the team as whole through interpretation of quality monitoring QualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceHigh School DiplomaThree years of experience in management of professional and clinical staffPrevious practice management or equivalent experienceMust maintain a valid driver's license and good driving recordHealth care experience with profit and loss responsibilityMust be able to relate professionally and positively to physicians and staff withexcellent communication, interpersonal and management skillsMarketing and geriatric experience a plusPreferred Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceBachelor's DegreeStrong clinical and reimbursement knowledge Pay Transparency Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
