Position Summary: The Cycler Inspector will play a crucial role in supporting laboratory operations, conducting testing on high voltage lithium-ion batteries and components. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various environments. Individual must be a self-starter, able to work in a fast paced highly technical work environment and adapt to change. Testing and measurement equipment can range from basic measuring tools (Vernier calipers, multi-meters) to highly complex test and inspection equipment (gas chromatography, CT scan, X-Ray, battery cyclers, environmental test chambers, vibration shaker, module crush tester, oscilloscope, coordinated measuring machine (CMM)). Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for the set-up, execution, and support of testing (audit/inspection) activities Accurately analyze, record and document test (audit/inspection) data, including observations, measurements, and results Prepare and maintain (PM and cleanliness) laboratory equipment and instruments Must be able to work as a team in a diverse cultural workplace Prepare, store, and dispose of samples according to laboratory requirements Monitor and manage (calibration) lab supplies, consumables, and materials, including spare parts, ensuring adequate stock for ongoing testing Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform other position related duties as assigned Qualifications: Basic: Minimum Age: 18 years old High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent Must be eligible to work in the United States While travel is unlikely, the ideal candidate will be able to travel, with reasonable prior notice as required (domestic and/or international) Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required Able to use MS Office suite including Word and Excel Basic understanding of hand tools and gauges Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Preferred: Associates Degree, Technical training, or Military experience in technical field Electronics, maintenance, science, chemical, or medical field and/or 2+ years in a quality technician role in lithium ion battery testing Electro-Mechanically inclined Practical use of micrometers, calipers, and other hand measurement tools Ability to read drawings, diagrams, and other technical documents Calibration, CMM, test/laboratory experience Experience/knowledge of inspection and auditing Bilingual in English and Korean
