This role typical reports into Manger or Sr. Manager of Technical Design, potentially has 1-2 direct reports and is based in our on-site work environment.This position requires a higher level of technical, process management and problem-solving skills.Duties include but not limited to below details:Apparel Development-the blueprint of a garmentManagement of tech pack development and associated tasks of assigned categories including those of any direct reports40%- Tech Pack , Constructions and Technical Design StandardsDesign references and layouts to create best in class Tech packs.Grading knowledge to ensure everything fits perfectly across different sizes and genders.Execute fit consistency and provide construction options that strike the right balance of quality and value.Keeping everything organized is key. Proactively manage overlapping deliverables and resolve issues to meet deadlines while retaining quality execution of tech packsFabric knowledge and application.
