OverviewWe are seeking a Client Service Manager to join our growing team who can deliver outstanding customer service! About YouBachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with a minimum of 10+ years client service and/or claims management experienceProperty and Casualty Insurance LicensePreferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationshipsSolid financial acumenPrevious experience servicing Commercial Lines Middle Market Food and Agriculture specialties Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and qualityStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortably engages others in consultative discussionEffectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing prioritiesWorks in a self-directed manner #LI-LB3 Compensation and benefitsOn top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
