This role's primary function is to develop and manage Automotive Locksmiths that are sufficiently competent and motivated to deliver high quality products and customer service. Regional Managers must assure compliance with High Tech Locksmith's policies, procedures and processes and they must manage and control expenses for High Tech Locksmiths employees operating within their assigned geographic area.You Will: Develop a thorough understanding of High Tech Locksmiths policies, processes, procedures.Develop field teams capable of delivering exceptional services. This includes the requirement to recruit, screen, and hire individuals who fit the High Tech Locksmiths culture and who have the capacity to learn and perform all relevant job functions and to train, motivate, coach, counsel and mentor team members.Direct and coordinate field operations within an assigned geographic area to ensure inventory audits and keys are completed as scheduled and in accordance with High Tech Locksmiths policies/procedures and customer specifications. This includes ensuring that assigned employees meet High Tech Locksmiths attendance, dress code, and professional conduct standards.Monitor and track performance (quality and quantity).Work proactively with Fleet Management and Fixed Operations to ensure Mobile Warehouses are clean, safe and fully functional at all times, and that vehicle maintenance and repair efforts are carefully managed to minimize unproductive time.Complete written performance appraisals annually for each assigned employee or more often in conjunction with Performance Improvement Programs (PIP), when needed.Travel may be required to complete in excess of 50% of job requirements.Must Have's: Valid/current driver's license is requiredHigh school diploma or GED is required Degree in business or related discipline preferred Automotive locksmith experience preferredTwo years in a supervisory or management position preferredPrior experience managing a remote workforce is preferredNice to Have's:Good organizational, clerical and verbal communication skills with technical aptitude.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace products is required.
