A Positive and Professional Team Environment Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor: Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on costs and options, offer additional services and 'specials', and schedule appointments for service work Greet customers and answer questions Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work Keep customers informed of changes Review completed work order with customer to ensure concerns were addressed Provide a completely satisfying customer experience Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor: Required: Automotive Service Advisor or Dealership experience General Motors and CDK experience is preferred but not required Good customer service, computer and communications skills A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
