If you want to expand your clinical expertise and be a part of a therapy model where compassion for our clients it at the front of everything we do, Adina ABA is perfect for you. -Candidate must already have COBA in the state of OH.   - Clinicians have the opportunity to earn bonus every paycheck, up to earning $13,000 in bonuses a year. -Become trained in SBT during orientation and qualify for a level 1 credential in SBT. -Consultation/mentor meetings with the Corporate Director of ABA, who has been in the ABA field for 11+ years.  The Role Provide initial consultation to new families in order to set up ABA programs Develop and supervise client skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, to include training and supervision of staff Provide training, education, coaching and behavioral consultation to parents/caregivers Provide initial and ongoing assessment of client skills and needs using standardized assessment tools such as ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP, Denver Early Start Write and oversee behavior intervention plans within child's home and/or school Collaborate with Corporate Director of ABA on treatment plan development and implementation oversight Advocate for parents regarding community resources and with school districts Recognize barriers and family dynamic variables, and problem-solve to meet the client's needs Provide quality and timely documentation Provide skills based treatment- will be trained if not already practicing.
