Come and be a part of one of the largest and most experienced multidisciplinary teams in the nation!Position overview:Inpatient onlySchedule: Four (4) 10-hour days1:4 Weekend RotationEMR Platform - EPICCollaboratively functions as an Advanced Practitioner with board certified Cardiologists and other clinical staff by providing leadership and incorporating the role of clinical expert, role model, consultant, educator and practitioner, in conjunction with providing clinical expertise to patients, families, colleagues and other clinical staff via direct or indirect patient care. Ability to obtain NP/PA license in the state of GeorgiaBoard Certification via NCCPA for Physician AssistantsBoard Certification via ACNP (Acute Care) or AGACNP required for Nurse Practitioners Advanced Heart Failure experience strongly preferred -LVADCardio-MEMS remote monitoringProficiency in applying advanced concepts, principles and advanced clinical techniques in an inpatient and outpatient environmentCardiology Practice Overview: Bringing clinical breakthroughs to everyday care: Enriched by discovery and innovation, the experts of Georgia Heart Institute are continually finding new and better ways to treat even the most complex conditions.
